If you know the benefits of chili you will eat it a lot
A recent study by the Center for Herbal Nutrition in Washington found that capicycin found in hot spices, especially red peppers, increases metabolism by 50 percent over the next three hours for a hot meal.
It refers to what happens in the body after eating these spices, from an increase in the speed of the heartbeat and rise in body temperature.
Capsicin activates the nerves that affect the autonomic nervous system, which controls several functions in the body, such as stimulating the release of secretions and digestive enzymes in the stomach and intestines, as well as its benefits in stopping the bleeding of gastric and intestinal ulcers, contrary to the mistaken belief that the disease damages the stomach and increases the ulcer.
Chili also reduces appetite and increases metabolic rate, leading to the elimination of excess weight and cholesterol reduction.
