The Libyan Coast Guard rescued 230 migrants west of Libya




The Libyan Coast Guard rescued 230 illegal immigrants aboard two boats north of the city of Zuwara, 120 km west of Tripoli.


"The two boats Sabratha and Ras Agder were able to save two boats, the first 110 immigrants, and the second 120 illegal immigrants left the city of Zuara in the far west of Libya," the Coast Guard Information Office said.

The statement said that the boat headed the head of Agadir arrived at the base of Abusta Navy loaded with migrants, while waiting for the arrival of another boat to the base located in the capital Tripoli.
